I purchased this item for my husband as a gift, but I am enjoying it as well.
We both love it. We haven't had a fuss about who is using it.....yet. I have arthritis in my back and the heat feels so good. My husband has arthritis in his neck area and the messaging in that area helps him a lot. Glad I purchased this great massager.
I don't give it 5 stars because nothing is perfect but its close to it and a welcome replacement to the human touch. Powerful rollers really rub the back all over, my girlfriend and i both like it. I suggest trying it yourself at the nearest bed bath and beyond store to see and judge for yourself. By the way, I am a real person behind this review and not something written by someone working for the company.
